Patients describe Accufit treatments as “intense” but not painful or uncomfortable. A unique 4-cycle program stretches, builds, re-educates, and recovers the muscles. As each cycle begins, patients experience a gentle contraction sensation that gradually intensifies as the cycle progresses. To minimize fatigue and prepare for the next cycle, a proprietary recovery cycle is applied at the conclusion of each phase.

For most patients, a series of four treatments is recommended, depending on their initial condition. Additional treatments may be considered based on individual goals.

In a single 30-minute session, Accufit™ can target up to four areas. During this session, the abdomen, buttocks, and other areas can be treated. As a non-invasive treatment, Accufit™ requires no recovery period, enabling patients to resume their regular activities immediately after treatment. Following the procedure, patients may experience a tingling sensation in the treated areas for a few hours or muscle tenderness similar to an intense workout, lasting from 24 to 72 hours.
